定番のあてや餃子は、旨味がある岐阜県産ボーノポークを100％使用。
飛騨牛餃子は、飛騨牛最高ランクA5等級を100％使用するなど、
料理はどれも素材からこだわり、何度も試行錯誤をした一級品。
また、飛騨の食材を使用した季節ごとに変わるオリジナルの餃子など、
新しい発見ができる楽しみを大切にしています。

For our standard ateya gyoza, we use 100% gifu bonno pork, which has a delicious flavor.
The hida beef gyoza uses 100% hida beef of the highest a5 grade,
all of our dishes are made with first-class ingredients and are the result of repeated trial and error.
We also value the pleasure of discovering new things, such as our original dumplings.
